PPWR deadlines: what applies to packaging in the EU, and when
The EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) has entered into force as directly applicable EU law and replaces the previous packaging directive. Its requirements do not all apply immediately, however, but on a staggered basis over several years — with important milestones up to 2030 and beyond.
